Dear Jimi,

Once again it is my pleasure to let you know that Scott Ellingwood has been put on staff now, too. Scott, again one of our best interns is a pleasure to work with and I am pleased to have him with us full-time now. I can't tell you how nice it is to have good competent interns. The interns that come from your program are by far the best out of all our interns, keep up the good work. I look forward to seeing them all succeed.

It's not what we do that makes us who we are, it's who we are that makes us do what we do.
