What does our Film School Cost?
7,750 plus 650 (books, materials, software) for Program 1
13,500, (all-inclusive) for Program 2
If you do your research (and we hope you do), you will find that our film school is 75% less money than just about every other film school in the universe.
Additionally, there are no hidden costs. What you see is what you get. That means no application fees, we don't charge you extra for books and materials, and we certainly don't hit you up for more money upon graduate from our film school.
Again, let us be clear: These prices include all placement research, curriculum and training materials, mentor/instructor compensation, in-studio training, and one year of job placement assistance. Everything you need to complete your film school course is included in the tuition prices mentioned above.

Absolutely! We know times are tough right now. Because the Film Connection is fully accredited, we are able to offer many different financial aid packages. Sallie Mae Smart Option Student Loans are available to qualified students to cover the entire tuition cost of $7750. The Sallie Mae Smart Option Student Loan helps students save money, pay off their student loans faster and build credit.
So, if you are 18 years of age or older, have a good credit report and track record, or have a creditworthy cosigner, you may qualify for the Sallie Mae Smart Option Student Loan. Please call one of Film Connection’s Sallie Mae Financial Advisors at 800.755.7597
For those who don’t qualify for Sallie Mae financing, do not despair. Again, because we are fully accredited, Film Connection can offer in-house, Internal Financing. Pretty much, this means that unless you haven’t been paying your bills, we can get you a financing program that will fit your budget. Need a low down payment? We can do that. Need to stretch your payments over several years? We can do that. Don’t want to fill out a lot of loan application forms? Relax, we can even do that for you. There’s no cost for any of this. 7,750. This is your best option, as you will save all interest and graduate with no debt. By choosing this option you will SAVE yourself almost two thousand dollars in interest.
Option 2 - Internal Financing 1-Year Plan
Select this option if you cannot pay the 8,400.00 up front and you wish to spread monthly payments over one year. A down payment of 2,700.00 will be required to start.

The Sallie Mae Smart Option Student Loan is an ideal solution for students because it helps students save money, pay off their student loan faster, and build credit.
ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD KNOW?
Think for just a minute about all the money you will save by going to the Film Connection. Since your “campus” will be a film set or video production studio where you live, you won’t rack up any moving expenses. You’ll never need to relocate to go to our school alternative, because we’re where you are. This means that you can keep your current job, because after more than 25 years of doing this, we’ve gotten pretty good at scheduling classes around students “day jobs.” Additionally, all books, supplies and materials are included in the Tuition price. There are never any add-ons or hidden charges with us. There are no application fees. There is no charge for the mentor interview we send you on. No money is due until you're formally accepted by your mentor, and receive your contracts from Film Connection's corporate office, and then, only after you “accept” our mentor.
