Grant Gilbert

Since he started his extern program with Uptone Pictures in Raleigh, NC, Grant Gilbert has been taking charge running cameras and helping out where ever needed on the television lifestyle show “Loving Life.”

While visiting Film Connection in Los Angeles, Grant pitched his wholesome TV series “Small Town Blues” — a coming of age story similar to Dawson’s Creek, but set in his own hometown of Clayton’s Creek.

Grant’s inspiration comes from his high school days when he and a few friends from the neighborhood created their own version of the show as a non-serious project, just for fun.

Grant is already taking on the next big steps of his career after visiting LA by tightening up his scripts and looking for the right investors for his show. Way to go Grant!
