Production School in El Cajon, California

We took that old stale classroom concept, rebuilt and upgraded it by putting your classroom in a professional recording studio. Then we emptied out all the other students and left only YOU and YOUR TEACHER (yay for one-on-one learning!) who happens to be a pro film producer (with killer credits) to train you privately (at your pace, full time, part time, nights or weekends available).

Your El Cojon, California MUSIC RECORDING SCHOOL

Surrounded by mountains on three sides, the appropriately named El Cajon is Spanish for “the box.” Maybe it should have been called La Gema Oculta (The Hidden Gem). With the No. 8 most-populous American city a mere 15 miles away, El Cajon has a lot to compete with when it comes to entertainment.

About This Mentor

You don’t have to go into extreme debt to go to Film Production and Audio Engineering School

We can train you in a real recording studio for far less. Play it smart–get on the inside track, and get connected as you get educated. Our film recording school is a highly effective and affordable way to start your film engineering career.

The Sycuan Casino hosts a wide variety of acts as well, including Mariachi bands, 90’s cover bands, and actual bands from the ’70s. When you’re done with the concerts, head on over to the casino for cards, slots, and buffets.

There are a few notable names from the film industry that called El Cajon home at some point. Both Frank Zappa, well-known nonconformist and all around interesting guy, and Lester Bangs, rock critic immortalized by Philip Seymour Hoffman in “Almost Famous,” spent some of their childhood in El Cajon.
