You’re placed as a working film extern under a working film professional who serves as your personal mentor. You follow a structured curriculum, supplemented by lots of actual work experience, and you get to connect with industry people you’d never meet in a classroom. Whatever your field of interest in film (editing, cinematography, screenwriting, etc.), you’ll be paired with an industry pro who specializes in that field.
