“My mentor and I held a mini preproduction meeting. We discussed what I wanted from my shots. We looked at some scenes from the greats (Spielberg, Scorsese, etc.) and not so greats (Bay) and thought about what would work for my scene. It’s mostly back and forth dialogue, but I want there to be some interesting camera movement. Not so much that it’s distracting, but just enough to make my scene dynamic.”
